Church News

Barbara Sellers is doing very well following back
surgery. She remains at St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital, but has been moved to room 325 where she will be receiving rehab.
Patsy Wilkins had an angiogram on March 10, at STRMC. No blockages were found. Elsie Rackley had an appendectomy
last week. She is recuperating at home. Tater Oneal had surgery to remove his gall bladder this past Saturday. He is
recuperating at home now. Bill White had a spot on his leg removed recently that proved to be malignant. On Wednesday,
March 17, the doctor will cut deeper into the same area and run more tests. Bill is very concerned and requests prayers. David
Smith Sr. fell off a ladder recently. He bruised a vertebra and is in a lot
of pain. He will be at STRMC, room 108 for a day or two. Bobby Smith, brother of David Smith Sr., will undergo back
surgery on March 11. The family requests prayers for its success. Roland Rodriguez, son-in-law of Wayne & Donna
Pogue, was involved in an auto accident this past Sunday evening. He sustained a severe bruise to his neck (from the seat
belt) and several hairline fractures in his wrist but is otherwise all right. Prayers are requested for Brent Davidson,
nephew of Don Hemme. Brent is suffering from potential kidney failure. Please continue praying for Thomas Bosquez,
Anne LaMore, Ted Denson, Roy Hanning, any sick of whom we are unaware, our shut-ins, and the military.

We need your help. If you know names and addresses of former members, please let the office
know. We know many, but do not want to miss inviting anyone to the centennial celebration.
